The People Have Spoken
These rolls are SOLID. They are generously sized, and eating 3 is enough to make you full. I feel "clean" and healthy eating them, and all the sauce options (peanut, Vietnamese vinaigrette, citrus ginger) pair well with the fresh spring rolls. The sesame-lime tofu roll pairs particularly well with the citrus ginger sauce. The pork and chicken are well seasoned. The sandwich met my expectations. I have no complaints considering the convenience and freshness.
We love doing our catered team lunches with fresh roll. It's one of our go-to's/favorite spots.
The freshroll (Custom) and Custom FreshBOWL are soooo good. I like the bowl with the vermicelli and chicken and basically all the sauces. I wish I could eat the freshroll every day. Portions are generous and I always have so much left over. The Comfort Chicken Bone Broth is incredibly flavorful.

Born in the heart of San Francisco, our restaurants bring the bold, aromatic flavors of Vietnamese street food to the Bay Area with a modern, health-conscious twist.
Every dish starts with a foundation of crisp vegetables, fragrant herbs, and carefully pickled produce. From our signature freshrolls — delicate rice paper wraps bursting with protein, vermicelli noodles, mixed greens, and crispy goodness — to our hearty bowls, every bite is a celebration of color and flavor. Our pho broth is simmered for hours, and our NamNam, Vietnamese vinaigrette, and Citrus Ginger sauces are all crafted in-house daily.

Yes! Both our family style catering trays and individual lunches are incredibly popular with local offices. Please reach out and we would be more than happy to walk you through our menu and options.
Yes - in fact, our menu is nearly entirely gluten-free! We strive to use gluten-free ingredients whenever possible, including gluten-free soy sauces and fish sauces. Our sandwich bread, crispy goodness, tofu (fried in same oil as crispy goodness) and peanut sauce are not gluten-free, so avoid those if you have an aversion. Note that we are not a gluten-free facility.
Yes, we offer both delivery and pickup. Order online for convenient pickup or delivery.

Bowl lovers can enjoy the Rainbow Bowl, Saigon Swag, or Power Hour, each fully customizable with your choice of base, protein, and sauce. We think our Banh Mi sandwiches, loaded with protein, pickled veggies, cucumbers, jalapeños, and cilantro, are the best in San Francisco. Our NamNam sauce is a customer favorite.
